So I found this lovely message on an abandoned storefront on Sutter St. It makes me smile and is sooooo nice 
Has graffiti gone soft due to it’s explosion in the popular art scene? Damn the man in Hello Kitty style. Maybe the mainstream has gone negative and the underground has gone positive.

Hey Everyone!
The Loin’s Mouth is throwing its Issue 7 Release Party/Fundraiser at Annie’s Social Club (Folsom @ 5th) on October 30th at 8pm. There will be great bands (the Corruptors, Slowfinger, Hashishians, and one more band yet to be announced), brand new Loin’s Mouth tee-shirts, and of course, plenty of booze to go around. Only $8 and costumes encouraged!
Also, in case you missed it, The Loin’s Mouth won “Best Neighborhood Rag” in the SF Weekly’s “Best of SF 2008″ issue and “Best Local Zine (Print)” in the SF Bay Guardian’s Reader’s Poll for the “Best of the Bay 2008.” Needless to say we were honored to get so much love. We can’t wait to get the new issue out the door!
